Key Responsibilities

•Own R&D and architecture for international e-commerce supply chain systems, including warehousing, inventory, suppliers, and related systems.
•Design scalable system models and business architecture aligned with international business needs and best practices.
•Resolve technical challenges such as high concurrency and performance bottlenecks in business processes.
•Maintain system quality and stability while guiding engineers at all levels to improve technical indicators.
•Lead the design or reconstruction of medium-to-large complex systems for supply chain capabilities.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of industry experience in software development.
•Skilled coding and proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, Golang, or C++, plus related technology stacks.
•Familiarity with middleware concepts such as message queues, caches, and scheduled tasks and their underlying principles.
•Experience designing and implementing architectures, with a track record of high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems.
•Strong understanding of distributed systems theories such as load balancing, distributed transactions, and CAP/BASE; experience leading medium-to-large complex system design or reconstruction.
