  • •Define and execute a holistic data strategy aligned with business scaling goals.
  • •Establish data quality governance, unified metric definitions, and single-source-of-truth frameworks across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Lead value measurement and lifecycle management for data products, including adoption, usage, trust, time-to-insight, and ROI.
  • •Assess existing data/analytics infrastructure and define build/buy/extend decisions; build and lead the Data/Analytics team as needed.
  • •Create data contracts, SLAs, and an AI-ready, secure data foundation with appropriate access controls, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
