Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on Privy’s product, owning long-term outcomes and business impact. Ensure quality, throughput, and performance; align work with strategic priorities; act as player-coach by reviewing PRs, docs, and incidents; coach engineers toward growth; and foster a supportive, high-energy culture while partnering with the Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive successful engineering and product outcomes.

•Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance.

•Fill gaps as a player-coach; review PRs, write and review design docs, investigate incidents – stay close to the metal and reinforce our builder culture.
•Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals.
