Job Summary

Partner with the Director of FP&A and the broader FP&A organization to deliver high-impact financial analysis and reporting. Support monthly forecasts, long-range plans, annual operating plans, and quarter-end close. Provide ad hoc analysis for bookings, backlog, income statement, and balance sheet teams, investigating data inconsistencies and improving reporting quality. Contribute to process/system improvements and CORE initiatives while enabling data-driven decisions across Raytheon.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct thorough financial analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior management.
•Support monthly forecasts, the long-range plan, the annual operating plan, and quarter-end close activities.
•Complete ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests, including investigating and resolving data inconsistencies and anomalies.
•Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting quality.
•Support CORE initiatives and process improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with MS Office Suite, Power BI and/or Excel.
•Experience with Finance Business Systems: APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office and/or Rplan.
•Experience analyzing large amounts of data into meaningful outputs.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system.
