Distinguished Engineer - AI Security

Lead the design, engineering, and security of Citizens’ enterprise AI platforms and applications. Drive scalable, resilient, and secure AI tooling by shaping engineering standards, building cloud-native components, and embedding security across the full AI/ML lifecycle. Strengthen protections against misuse and threats (e.g., prompt injection, data poisoning) with identity/access controls, encryption and privacy safeguards, monitoring, and automated security validation. Serve as a hands-on technical leader and mentor across engineering, security, data, and business teams.
