Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties in Birmingham.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants and act as the main point of contact during tenancies.
  • •Coordinate maintenance and repairs from initial report through completion, including identifying needs and maintaining records.
  • •Arrange and attend property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs, and ensure properties are well-presented and maintained.
  • •Source, compare, and negotiate contractor quotations to deliver cost-effective, high-quality work.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in property management or a similar lettings role.
  • •Good knowledge of residential lettings processes.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • •Strong negotiation skills, especially for contractor pricing.
  • •Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
