Managing Quantity Surveyor

Drive construction cost planning and commercial control by managing procurement input, cost management, and reporting. Lead monthly valuations of work in progress, forecast final costs and sales, and produce cashflow forecasts. Measure, value, and negotiate contract variations, prepare and negotiate final accounts, and certify subcontractor valuations. Advise project teams on commercial and contractual matters while ensuring commercial processes and HSE initiatives are followed.
