Key Responsibilities

•Guide AI architectural direction across the platform, including system design, model lifecycle, and integration into product workflows.
•Serve as a senior technical reviewer and thought partner for complex, cross-team AI design decisions.
•Spend at least 50% time hands-on building end-to-end AI prototypes, technical demos, and proofs of concept.
•Define and promote best practices for applied AI development, including rapid prototyping, agent design/orchestration, and evaluation workflows.
•Ensure AI development practices align with applicable AI regulations for sensitive medical data and support compliance documentation with Legal, Security, and Medical Research.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing and building complex AI systems delivered to production end-to-end (research, architecture, validation, and handoff).
•Strong hands-on experience with modern AI, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems, with agentic AI or orchestration patterns as an advantage.
•Ability to move quickly from idea to working prototypes through experimentation and applied innovation.
•Experience working with sensitive data and regulatory constraints, understanding how they shape AI system design.
•High proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling; clear technical judgment and risk/tradeoff identification.
