Emirati Talent - Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Manage financial planning and consolidated reporting for the DBU, ensuring timely delivery of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in line with financial policies. Support month-end and group-level reporting, including consolidated balance sheet, IFRS cash flow, and capex submissions. Prepare KPI reporting and validate dashboards in Power BI, produce senior leadership presentations with variance analysis, and ensure IFRS/IAS compliance while improving reporting processes through automation.
