Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications; deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • •Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs; maintain code quality, organization, and automation; stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  • •Institute state-of-the-art hosting platforms to improve technology sharing and operational cost efficiency; provide senior management with technical positioning.
  • •Lead and develop an engineering team through collaboration, communication, performance management, development plans, and reward/recognition practices; improve compliance to shared OKRs and customer experience.

  • •Subject matter expertise in Kubernetes and Devops practices, with critical thinking, creativity, and innovation to address complex issues.
