Job Summary

Drive AI industry solutions for the SLED (state/local and education) segment—defining the solution vision, multi-year roadmap, and differentiated offerings. Lead growth by supporting sales teams and winning complex, multi-tower deals, while acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders. Collaborate across consulting, delivery, engineering, and product teams and strengthen alliances with major AI and cloud partners to build AI-native programs and bid-winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Set industry strategy for SLED AI solutions and define a multi-year roadmap.
•Develop and enhance AI solution offerings, including case management, eligibility and benefits administration, cloud/cybersecurity/infrastructure modernization, and payment integrity/fraud prevention.
•Drive growth by leading solution development, supporting sales teams, and winning complex, multi-tower deals.
•Engage provider C-suite leaders and lead solution development for bids to ensure offerings are differentiated, scalable, and executable.
•Collaborate across consulting, delivery, engineering, and product teams; strengthen alliances with key partners; build and mentor a high-performing team of AI leaders.

Key Requirements

•15+ years designing and developing AI/ML solutions, with at least 10 years of experience in state/local government and/or education.
•Deep understanding of public sector challenges and operations, AI, and digital transformation.
•Demonstrated success shaping and winning large-scale transformation or managed services deals ($10M+).
•Strong executive presence to engage C-suite leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
•Experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving innovation at scale.
