You will troubleshoot configurations, provide demonstrations, and translate complex concepts into clear guidance across deployments in Germany (Berlin) and Munich, focusing on FDM Design, budgeting, and multicurrency processes.

•Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts
•Deliver small-scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks
•Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements
•Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers
•Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars)

•5+ years of implementation experience
•5+ years of experience with Workday deployments and financials systems
•3+ years of software consulting experience
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in, at least one of: FDM, Record to Report, Financial Accounting
