Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical interface for consultation and support on complex integrations leveraging Capital One APIs, file transfers, gateways, and integration services.
•Support the full integration lifecycle to improve partner experience based on user feedback.
•Reduce integration friction and cycle times while safeguarding high-risk data flows in production.
•Lead strategic projects to expand services internationally and to new assets.
•Participate in rotational on-call duties by coordinating with internal partners to unblock incident-related support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or military experience.
•At least 4 years of work experience in client-facing professional services.
•At least 4 years of experience with system integration technologies, standards, and tools (e.g., RESTful APIs, authentication methods, JSON, Postman, file transfer protocols, Filezilla).
•Handle ambiguity by diving deep to analyze root causes and partner with internal and external teams to find resolution.
•Bridge technical teams by converting partner error logs into clear solutions and translating internal standards into manageable tasks for external users.
