Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery of infrastructure projects from design through go-live (migrations, upgrades, transitions, offshoring/onboarding).
  • •Own project-level technical risk, dependencies, and issue resolution across cross-functional technical teams.
  • •Plan, manage, and implement change with business and development teams as part of project delivery.
  • •Drive transition and knowledge-transfer plans for offshored/resourced workstreams to ensure service continuity.
  • •Manage delivery against SLAs, billing/resourcing compliance, and project financial targets; report progress, risks, and financials to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT infrastructure delivery experience, including 4+ years as a technical lead/delivery lead.
  • •Strong experience managing and influencing senior/experienced resources without direct line authority.
  • •Deep working knowledge across 2–3 infrastructure domains such as Wintel, Middleware (Kubernetes, JBoss, MQ), databases (SQL/Oracle), cloud (AWS/Azure), network, and Security Ops.
  • •Experience leading multi-region or multi-stakeholder technical transitions/offshoring programs.
  • •Strong grasp of Release, Change, Incident, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned), plus vendor/third-party delivery management.
