Job Summary

Act as a strategic finance advisor to Thermo King Netherlands and its dealers, providing financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support. Drive transformation initiatives by leading or supporting finance systems projects across ERP, reporting, and automation. Identify process improvements using tools such as RPA and Power BI, manage change across finance teams, collaborate with IT/operations for integrations, and support month-end, forecasting, and budgeting with strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial insight, guidance, and systems transformation leadership for Thermo King Netherlands and dealers.
•Lead or support finance systems transformation projects, including ERP, reporting, and automation initiatives across dealers.
•Identify finance process improvement and automation opportunities using tools such as RPA and Power BI.
•Drive change management and provide training and communications to support adoption of new technologies and processes.
•Support month-end, forecasting, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements during transformation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a global or matrix organization.
•Fluent in Dutch and English.
•Demonstrable experience leading or supporting finance systems transformation or automation projects.
•Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI), and advanced Excel.
