Job Summary

Support the Global Sales and Marketing Support team by managing content knowledge workflows, ensuring centralized, brand-compliant content for client delivery. Maintain up-to-date materials, coordinate with stakeholders, govern content processes, and collaborate with internal/external partners to optimize knowledge assets using Oracle Content Management and related Oracle tools. Office-based role in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the sales content knowledge sharing workflow to ensure that content is centralized and shared in a brand compliant format enabling colleagues to bring the best of Aon to their clients.
•Keep content up to date, relevant and complete, liaising with stakeholders around the business and archiving old content.
•Help develop the system and content governance approach for knowledge management.
•Oversee all knowledge-related activities, including management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of content/knowledge assets, working with customers internal and external.
•Define the content/knowledge management strategy and ensure the right content goes to the right people, with metrics to monitor progress.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant experience is desirable.
•Experience in content management or knowledge sharing platforms.
•Knowledge of Oracle Content Management (OCM) or other CMS such as Adobe DAM is highly desirable.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Knowledge of Oracle products is desirable.
