Job Summary

Lead store operations for a customer-ready Alo retail location by driving operational strategy across inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling. Oversee key operational processes, investigate inventory accuracy issues, and champion operational standards using business performance data. Partner with the General Manager to manage budget and reporting metrics, lead and coach the Operations team, support safe store operations, and help plan staffing and workflow.

•Coordinate labor hours to support sell-through, product deliveries, and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Lead the Operations team through accountability, coaching, talent development, recruitment, and effective communication; partner with the General Manager on budget/reporting and planning.
