Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project cost control in conformance with company policy, including developing project budgets and contract changes.
  • •Maintain Estimate At Completion (EAC) in Primavera and resolve budget/EAC inconsistencies with PMO and finance.
  • •Produce monthly project reports and forecast data packages, validating actual costs, commitments, ETC, and control checks.
  • •Support timely project billing and monitor project cash, coordinating with the company treasurer on cash flow and related risk areas.
  • •Support project control group processes (e.g., timesheet administration), project consolidation and analysis, pricing support for bids, audits, and special assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Arts (major in Accounting), or equivalent education and experience.
  • •1-3 years of experience in a large multi-national or national organization in the Defense & Security sector, or experience in project cost controlling.
  • •Experience working on projects with knowledge of basic project management and the project lifecycle.
  • •Knowledge of business systems and tools, including SAP, Primavera, and Excel.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-focused, positive attitude.
