Project Engineer

Lead smaller-scale project engineering from scope development through construction completion and close-out for a capital expansion program. Manage project scope, cost, schedule, contracting, procurement, and documentation while implementing detailed work plans and coordinating with operating locations and stakeholders. Define and track project risks, manage budgets and schedules, handle change orders, and resolve design/construction conflicts using sound engineering principles.
