Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and maintain detailed cost- and resource-loaded design and construction schedules using Primavera P6.
  • •Review contractor schedule submissions for compliance with contractual requirements and established scheduling standards.
  • •Conduct schedule reviews evaluating logic, sequencing, constraints, durations/calendars/float, cost and resource loading, and critical/near-critical paths.
  • •Produce biweekly and monthly schedule update analyses and progress reports, assessing progress versus approved baselines, milestones, and contractual completion dates.
  • •Investigate schedule impacts, perform TIAs, evaluate proposed changes, analyze delays/claims/time extensions, and recommend corrective actions; conduct regular site visits to validate reported progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction Management plus 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience preparing and developing resource-loaded design and construction schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
  • •Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6 to develop, update, and maintain detailed cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
  • •Ability to perform comprehensive schedule reviews, including schedule logic, sequencing, constraints, durations/calendars/float, and cost/resource loading.
  • •Experience assessing project progress against baselines, milestones, and contractual completion dates, and performing Time Impact Analyses (TIAs).
