Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive in Sydney leading strategic enterprise growth for ANZ. You will own territory, manage end-to-end enterprise cycles, engage CIOs/CTOs, build value-based business cases, and coordinate with Solution Engineering, Marketing, CS, and Product to close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals while expanding Freshworks’ ANZ footprint.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, architect, and execute a comprehensive territory plan for the ANZ region to exceed enterprise net-new ARR targets.
•Navigate end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation to procurement closure.
•Establish credibility with CIOs, CTOs, and Operations Executives and map Freshworks capabilities to their objectives.
•Construct data-backed business cases and ROI propositions highlighting TCO optimization and immediate value of our platform.
•Coordinate with Solution Engineering, Marketing, CS, and Product teams to win high-value enterprise logos.

Key Requirements

•9 to 15 years of demonstrable success as a quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales professional with a history of exceeding multi-million ARR targets
•Proven track record of securing net-new enterprise logos and driving rapid market adoption in previously unpenetrated territories
•Domain expertise selling into complex corporate infrastructures in ITSM/ESM, Employee Experience (EX) or Workflow Automation/Digital Transformation
•Deep, existing network of enterprise relationships within Australia and New Zealand with strong understanding of ANZ commercial buying dynamics
•Ability to translate complex software architectures into business value, ROI, and TCO optimization for executive audiences
