Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as front-line support between management and lines of business including Middle Office, Compliance, IT, Trading, Accounting, and third-party vendors.
  • •Handle client onboarding and operational aspects of institutional brokerage, including trading, settlement, maintenance, cashiering processes, and report monitoring.
  • •Meet DVP/RVP settlement obligations and resolve outstanding trade concerns in compliance with Regulation T and specified Securities Exchange Act regulations.
  • •Oversee Money Market Navigator operational functions, including allocation/affirmation monitoring and accurate coding of account/client relationship profiles and representative entitlements.
  • •Provide training and guidance to junior staff and support compliance, internal/external audits, and risk monitoring for settlement, margin, and clearing firm discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • •Securities Industry Essential (SIE) and Series 7 and 63/66 required.
  • •Knowledge of fixed income, equity, and mutual fund trading.
  • •Ability to de-escalate high impact situations using conflict resolution and work in a stressful, time-sensitive environment with high attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS products (prior experience with Bloomberg TOMS preferred).
