Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with executive and product teams to shape product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap.
  • •Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch across multiple workstreams.
  • •Translate ambiguous business and user problems into clear design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • •Drive product direction using qualitative and quantitative research, validating solutions and identifying opportunity areas.
  • •Establish and evolve a design system and provide mentorship and design leadership through critique and guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex, consumer-facing digital products (mobile and/or desktop).

  • •A portfolio showing strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work.
  • •Deep proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, plus the ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
