Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and verify client documentation (e.g., bank statements, MOA, trade licenses) and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Perform thorough KYC checks in line with company standards and compliance guidelines.
  • •Maintain, update, and manage client records using CRM systems and internal operational tools.
  • •Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, and Finance to ensure efficient workflow and promptly resolve missing or inconsistent information.
  • •Prepare client contracts after Credit offer approval, initiate DocuSign e-signatures, verify received checks, and hand validated documentation to the FinOps team.
