Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate timely responses to queries from Customers, Customer Care, 3PLs, and Production Operations using the Supply Chain Cockpit Process
  • •Manage domestic and international route bookings with sufficient lead time for customer arrangements
  • •Maintain system master data (e.g., transit times, pallet calculations) and ensure delivery creation/communication to carriers on time and aligned with customer/site requirements
  • •Update OTIF performance reporting and track corrective actions, communicating delivery discrepancies and potential service failures
  • •Coordinate shipment documentation and freight costing to ensure accurate carrier invoicing and support processes like special transport delivery, Customer OTIF failures, and Root Cause Corrective Actions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience in Transport Planning
  • •First experience in a Transport Planning role
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory) and Excel required
  • •Familiarity with PowerBI (plus)
  • •Fluent English and very good written and spoken German
