Key Responsibilities

  • •Review production specifications for each scheduled product SKU prior to shift and ask clarifying questions.
  • •Remove product from the machine per machine cycle time to maintain scheduled production.
  • •Trim, file, or cut excess flash from product using required tools in accordance with product specifications.
  • •Inspect each piece to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications; advise a supervisor of quality/packing issues.
  • •Label, package, and stack finished product for transfer to shipping while maintaining safety procedures and a clean workstation.
