Manage and follow up on customer payment schedules for property purchases, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables. Contact customers via phone, email, and meetings to address upcoming and overdue payments, resolve payment-related queries, and maintain accurate collection records and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate collections, prepare demand notices and reminders, monitor payment risk, and support performance reporting—all while delivering high customer service in UAE real estate.
