Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop understanding of equipment performance and Critical To Quality (CTQ) elements that drive customer experience.
  • •Facilitate root cause analysis across functions to improve component reliability and product performance.
  • •Evaluate mission-critical effectiveness using tools such as Gemba, management reviews, internal audits, product audits feedback, warranty data, and traceability.
  • •Create, maintain, and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs; use inspection tools and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for customer service elements tied to manufacturing operations, including investigating complaints and ensuring FMEA/control plan accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience in a Quality/Manufacturing Engineering role, preferably with customer-specific requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and techniques such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Excellent understanding of customer-specific quality standards and requirements.
  • •Proficient in quality assurance methods including FMEA and root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys), with strong cross-functional communication.
