Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to implement project plans/programs with significant complexity and coordinate internal and external partners.
  • •Manage power infrastructure projects from concept through completion with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Apply engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and control systems.
  • •Anticipate and resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges; make decisive calls using engineering judgment.
  • •Develop and present project reports, schedules, and costing forecasts; prepare and evaluate RFPs and contractor selection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 15 years of oil and gas engineering/project management experience (Staff level) or minimum 10 years (Senior level).
  • •Experience leading engineering and construction of power generation systems, including grid-connected or islanded plants, substations, and high-voltage distribution.
  • •Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes and extensive power plant construction or operations experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project (or equivalent project controls tools).
  • •Preferred: PMP/PE and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS) / Microsoft Project Certification; preferred engineering degree or EPC in power generation/data centers.
