Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage Project, Programme or Transition Plans, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go-live readiness for operationally safe service transfer.
  • •Plan, manage, and control projects with internal and external dependencies by managing scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and baseline plans.
  • •Monitor budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and project financial performance; manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation actions.
  • •Maintain governance and delivery methodology compliance while applying configuration and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Build and maintain strong customer, supplier, and stakeholder relationships; facilitate discussions, negotiate outcomes, and communicate complex information to senior stakeholders and project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering large projects or small programmes/portfolios with values typically £4M to £8M and teams up to 50 people.
  • •Strong project planning, governance, risk management, issue management, and change control experience.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • •Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budget, forecasts, profitability, and project financial performance.
  • •Experience and professional certification in Traditional or Agile project delivery methodologies; candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC Clearance.
