Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discussions with stakeholders to communicate analysis findings, influence line of business strategy development, and drive business decisions.
  • •Identify key business assumptions and hypotheses, refine them continuously, and define business questions to explore further.
  • •Develop analytical frameworks and blueprints to answer portfolio/product/member-experience questions and support lower levels in executing.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover strategic insights tied to P&L performance across functions such as product strategy, pricing, marketing, sales, credit risk, distribution channels, and member experience.
  • •Establish governance and operationalization frameworks for repeatable standards, risk identification/measurement/monitoring, and scalable, compliant deployment of GenAI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics (or related) OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience (or 6 years plus up to 2 years progressive functional business experience) OR an advanced degree plus 6 years of experience.
  • •Experience using qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights to identify business needs and develop strategic plans.
  • •Experience working with leadership teams to identify opportunities and enhance business strategy using quantitative and qualitative analytics.
  • •Strong analytical skills using hypotheses-driven problem solving and complex data analysis tools including Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and Adobe Analytics.
