Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations and performance across multiple retail stores to drive sales, financial targets, and exceptional customer experience.
  • •Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and career development for store managers and teams, including succession planning.
  • •Ensure customer service standards, address complaints, and maintain a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
  • •Drive operational excellence through compliance with labor and Health & Safety laws and adidas policies, including execution of retail operating procedures.
  • •Manage financial performance and store stock controls (inventory, SOH, shrinkage) while supporting openings/closures and providing feedback to retail and back-office stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Retail experience with demonstrated business management skills and P&L ownership, or comparable business operations experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years of retail experience, including in-store related roles.
  • •Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience.
  • •University degree in Business (ideally in management, marketing, or sales).
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) and local language; fluency in other languages is desirable.
