Key Responsibilities

•Conduct research, evaluation, and analysis of relevant policies and regulations to identify gaps and propose solutions.
•Support development of data and evidence-based policies, guidelines, and initiatives to address programme challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Partner cross-functionally with business teams to co-create systemic, sustainable solutions for workplace and corporate service programmes.
•Plan, execute, evaluate, and govern cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end.
•Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, performance metrics, and management reporting; lead change and transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent professional experience.
•Demonstrated strategic mindset with thought leadership capabilities.
•Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven leadership experience in diverse, multicultural environments.
•Strong project and program management experience delivering for global internal/external audiences in a matrixed organization.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and willingness to travel internationally when required.
