Head of Operational Steering - BBVA Allianz

Lead the Operations analytics function in the BBVA Allianz environment and accelerate the shift toward more efficient, automated, and intelligent operations. Manage a team of 7, design and maintain Operations dashboards, own operational reporting demand, KPI calculation and presentation, and drive process optimization. Implement automation solutions (Power Automate/Power Platform), identify AI use cases, ensure data quality and governance, coordinate data extracts and models, support planning, and analyze preemptive claims costs to find efficiency opportunities.
