Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety policies, using required PPE, and reporting hazards promptly
  • •Receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy and quality against packing slips and invoices/purchase orders, and count items per SOPs
  • •Label, tag, and store items in designated locations; perform inventory movements (physical and digital), cycle counts, and update records in the warehouse management system
  • •Follow FIFO/FEFO for storing and picking to maintain freshness and minimize waste
  • •Prepare ship-out documents and complete daily delivery short/non-delivery tickets; identify incoming quality issues and keep the warehouse clean and hazard-free

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent
  • •Willing and able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, with prolonged standing and regular bending, twisting, and walking
  • •Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry
  • •Familiar with MS Office and/or Google Apps and comfortable learning new technologies
  • •Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written), with attention to detail and experience with inventory management
