Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent across finance, legal, people, and other G&A functions.
  • •Partner with G&A leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy.
  • •Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflow and increase recruiting productivity.

Key Requirements
