Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic ServiceNow architecture as lead architect and advisor, translating business strategy into scalable, secure, sustainable target architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.
  • •Steer international customers through IT and enterprise service process transformation, managing complex multi-modular ServiceNow initiatives from conception to continuous optimization.
  • •Serve as a central technical and functional point of contact, moderating workshops for requirements, process/gap analyses, and solution architectures up to C-level.
  • •Ensure technical and functional quality of demanding client projects through architecture principles, quality assurance, and best practices.
  • •Support pre-sales through solution design, technical demos, effort estimates, and contributions to RFPs and complex bid processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least nine years of experience in consulting or IT services, including at least five years with a clear ServiceNow focus.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem including platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations, and technical delivery.
  • •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM).
  • •Strong technical understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services such as REST or SOAP, with experience translating requirements into technical solutions using agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
