Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical searches, including intake through offer and closing plus candidate follow-through.
  • •Advise executives and hiring leaders by clarifying capability needs, challenging assumptions, calibrating profiles, and aligning on hiring plans and decision criteria.
  • •Build targeted talent strategies by developing proactive pipelines for scarce and emerging technical skills such as AI/ML, data, platform, infrastructure, and security.
  • •Use recruiting data to translate funnel, market, quality, and velocity insights into risks and recommended adjustments to sourcing, process, profiles, or compensation strategy.
  • •Strengthen assessment quality and inclusion by designing structured interview plans and helping leaders evaluate technical capability and success behaviors.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with substantial ownership of technical searches in a high-growth or transformation environment.
  • •Proven success recruiting across multiple technical disciplines and levels, including highly specialized individual contributors through senior leaders.
  • •Strong technical fluency to understand architectures, engineering domains, data, and AI capabilities, plus the business problems behind roles.
  • •Consultative partnering skills to clarify needs, influence senior stakeholders, surface tradeoffs, and adjust searches based on market evidence.
  • •Advanced sourcing and talent mapping, including relationship-building with passive candidates and underrepresented talent communities.
