Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical machine issues to keep production lines running.
  • •Manage new product/SKU development projects.
  • •Monitor and evaluate the sample-to-first-order process (including FOD/first order rollout) and sampling.
  • •Coordinate with other departments to define technical parameters and production requirements for new samples/products.
  • •Resolve sample-related design/manufacturing issues and confirm readiness for mass production; support others and may train new staff/operator personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above in mechanical/textile-related fields
  • •1 to 2 years of experience in equivalent roles
  • •Knowledge of production, process control, and sample product development workflows
  • •Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
  • •Ability to work shifts (8 or 12 hours)
