Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate, maintain, and update standard costs for raw materials and finished goods, including annual standard cost updates and standard cost structure hourly rates.
  • •Prepare periodic budget vs. actual cost reports by product family and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Analyze project and inventory-related variances, reconcile finished goods and WIP inventories at month-end, and provide documentation for inventory valuation audits.
  • •Analyze purchase price and invoice price variances and prepare related adjustment entries, including freight-in and PPV allocations as inventory is consumed.
  • •Perform monthly group reporting and quarterly statutory reporting accounting entries, and upload monthly financial data in HFM (trial balance, P&L, headcount, asset management, POR).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost analysis and/or reporting and budgeting.
  • •Good command of English.
  • •Computer literacy including MS Office, internet, and email.
  • •Experience using accounting software (preferred).
