•Develop and execute the business strategy for the Polish market, including expansion, user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
•Lead and manage local operations across marketing initiatives, community growth, customer support coordination, and partnership development.
•Drive brand awareness and user engagement through localized campaigns, social media, KOL collaborations, and offline/online community events.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Poland, including regulators, financial institutions, payment providers, media, and industry partners.
•Lead, mentor, and support the local team while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
•Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management roles.
•Prior experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
•Previous experience managing the Polish market or serving as a Country Manager is strongly preferred.
•Fluent in English and Polish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
