Assistant Project Director - Earthwork and Utilities

Lead the successful delivery of a multi-million-pound portfolio of enabling and public utilities projects for the Universal UK Resort. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and scope development through contracting, construction, commissioning, and closeout—while aligning work to property development strategies, budgets, schedules, and safety standards. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, statutory undertakers, and utilities partners to manage critical path, regulatory approvals, procurement, and project financial reporting.
