Job Summary

Lead end-to-end migration of the Docupace on-premise core to v16 cloud-hosted SaaS, owning target architecture and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Docupace on-premise core to v16 cloud-hosted SaaS migration, owning target architecture and data integrity.
•Perform legacy SQL Server-to-v16 data mapping, ETL, and bulk document migration with checksum reconciliation.
•Re-platform integrations to v16 REST/JSON APIs and webhooks, retiring legacy SOAP and file-drop feeds.
•Rebuild ConnectXpress pipelines and PgN workflows for new-account-open, maintenance, and e-sign STP.
•Configure SSO (SAML/OAuth) and SCIM provisioning via Azure Entra ID/Active Directory, migrate records to WORM (S3 Object Lock), and author cutover runbooks (parallel-run/rollback/data-validation).

Key Requirements

•8+ years implementing Docupace or comparable wealth-management document and workflow platforms.
•Proven enterprise on-premise-to-SaaS migration and cutover leadership at scale.
•Experience mapping legacy SQL Server schemas to a target model and building ETL/bulk document migration with reconciliation.
•Hands-on with v16 integrations using REST/JSON APIs and webhooks, including retiring legacy SOAP/file-drop feeds.
•Strong domain knowledge in wealth and brokerage and ability to communicate with clients.
