  • •Act as a strategic People Operations partner to assigned departments, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
  • •Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee development, and performance management
  • •Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including coaching managers through complex situations and conflict resolution
  • •Analyze People data and trends to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a related role
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP a plus)
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting core HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits
  • •Experience managing HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits platforms) and improving processes
