Job Summary

Lead and manage a high-impact IT leadership team driving digital innovation and smart city initiatives for KEZAD. Co-lead IT topics, allocate resources, and monitor squads’ KPIs (NPS/market share). Collaborate with architects to optimize technology infrastructure, define digital priorities, and guide product owners. Excellent English required; Arabic an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the formulation of squads’ strategies, vision, mission and goals to deliver technical results and achieve cluster objectives.
•Oversee customer needs and direct designing and updating the technical solutions that address these needs.
•Lead interaction with architects to understand key properties and changes to technology infrastructure and determine best practices within constraints.
•Define Digital Cluster business priorities and provide guidance to product owners to design the appropriate solutions and features.
•Take decisions regarding product lifecycle and enforce quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role
•Experience as an IT leader or business manager in relevant product/customer or enabler segment
•Strong communication skills across commercial/finance areas
•Ability to persuade and lead diverse people with strong analytical and decision-making skills
