Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead physical design for next-generation ASICs, meeting engineering, business, and customer requirements.
  • •Drive RTL to GDS2 flow including floorplan/ power-plan implementation, synthesis, placement, CTS, timing closure, routing, extraction, and physical verification (DRC & LVS).
  • •Handle full-chip level floorplanning plus bus/pin planning, feed-thru planning, optimization, parasitic extraction, and static timing analysis.
  • •Perform crosstalk analysis and EM/IR analysis, and support formal equivalence/physical quality checks for signoff.
  • •Manage and develop physical design flow execution and automation, including scripting and hands-on optimization across tools and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,860,800 - 6,944,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience in ASIC physical design, preferably for high-performance designs.
  • •Experience implementing RTL to GDS2 flows, including floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, STA, and physical verification/signoff.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with automated synthesis and timing-driven place-and-route for high-speed datapath and control logic.
  • •Experience driving physical design optimization for power/performance/area, including clock tree synthesis and clock/power gating techniques.
  • •Proficiency with physical design and analysis tools and scripting to automate design flows (e.g., RTL-to-GDS).
