Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
  • •Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address equipment technical issues.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).
  • •Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • •Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or a trade certification.
  • •1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support or a related technical field.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and diagnose basic technical challenges.
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
