Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a friendly, customer-first experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect equipment to keep deliveries safe, complete customer paperwork, and document thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Work a 11am–9pm shift with rotating days off, and progress your hourly pay through performance-based opportunities.
