Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end logistics execution across Retail, D2C, and Commercial channels with SLAs, clear ownership, and performance standards.
•Drive OTD KPI framework and continuous reduction in PO-to-delivery cycle times by holding 3PL partners and carriers accountable.
•Own North America logistics P&L, build and execute a multi-year cost-down roadmap, and manage retail chargebacks and deductions.
•Lead logistics technology and automation initiatives, including selection/implementation of WMS/TMS/OMS and integrations between ERP, EDI, and 3PL/carrier platforms.
•Scale the North America logistics team and distribution network across the US, Canada, and LATAM, including new nodes, fulfillment expansion, and partner governance.

Salary: USD 226,100 - 266,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain leadership experience, including 4+ years at Director-level or equivalent in a product-shipping industry.
•Omnichannel logistics expertise across at least two of: Retail/wholesale, D2C eCommerce, and Commercial/B2B.
•Track record improving on-time delivery (OTD) by building delivery performance frameworks and holding 3PL/carriers to SLAs.
•Strong financial acumen with logistics P&L or budget ownership, including freight cost modeling and cost-to-serve analysis.
•Hands-on experience with logistics systems and technology, including WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP implementations.
