Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end account lifecycle, carrying and exceeding a multi-million dollar annual revenue quota from top-of-funnel opportunity through contract award and revenue recognition.
  • •Execute on federal contracting by drafting white papers, leading complex proposals, and architecting deal structures including OTAs, GSA schedules, and component-specific IDIQ vehicles.
  • •After deal signing, lead the account through delivery by partnering with engagement managers, technical PMs, engineers, and product to ensure mission success.
  • •Drive renewal, expansion, and growth by identifying next use cases, securing follow-on funding, and turning component deployments into department-wide enterprise standards.
  • •Co-design agentic AI workflows by translating customer vision into technical requirements and orchestrating SI and prime partners to negotiate teaming and subcontracting agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in complex enterprise IT sales or business development in DHS, DOJ, or the federal law enforcement and homeland security market.
  • •Proven track record closing and implementing multi-year deals exceeding $25M, with experience getting budget line items.
  • •Deep domain expertise in DHS/DOJ modernization priorities including AI/ML, computer vision, biometrics, screening and vetting, investigative analytics, or case management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to transition technology from “cool demo” to “deployed capability” within a major component program office.
  • •Active Secret clearance strongly preferred; TS/SCI and existing component suitability are a plus; BS/BA required.
